Impossible to categorize, moving easily between the literary and musical worlds, always unpredictable and impassioned, she is an idiosyncratically unique performer always remained true herself artistic vision. By the time she was five she knew all radio songs and performed them to neighbourhoods.
Her parents divorced when she was nine. Her mother, a very sever and repressive homeling, never incoraged Aura to become a musician; her father, an office doane director, thoughts music not such a serious practice and a defently no profits time loosing! She started learn music playing an old accordion gifted by a relative. She’s been studying piano between ages 9 to 14. She was singing in a church choirs as the good girls do and in the same time, playing rhitmic guitar.
Then, she was attending high school in hard disc recording in Udine and learning to sing at the 55school in Trieste
She escaped home when she was18 and got husband and daugher at 22 She called Manuela. Spirit of freedom, she divorced five years later.
Aura's love and talent for music was clearly apparent since she was very young, she knews music will always be part of her life. At age of 17 she composed her own first album entirely consisted on self written songs.
Aura is a well rounded musician, able to create music from several influences and to communicate them in a powerfull way. She was gifted; she’s being able to craft words in poetry and notes in sweet melodies. She left her steps of teen-age influences and starting joing the charted and uncharted emotional territories she’s navigated before. The creative aspect of her music coming from by her heart, placed her in a particular genre as if the winning and her only goal, was to leave the audience totally surprised and spellbound. The psyche's blurry line between shadow and light, blessed cocktail from the heavens, produce the regenerative properties of healing, this is a brilliant example of the poetic and melodic devices she employs to anoint your senses:
Aura wrote, arranged and pre-recorded all the songs, demoing them first in her home-made studio and writing almost every track with her friend Eddy Milani, whom she sites as "an inspirational and unique collaborator and envisioneer”
When the actual recording of the album commenced, Aura choose to generate the core sound and rhythmic elements with the computer and tracking the songs live in the studio floor.
Now as she inhabits her slightly more kindly opinionated middle age, she releases a collection that's as willful and original as her whole career has been. Aura in 1986 song ", an animal-rights song that has since appeared on various compilations. ”Animals are not children toy”
Aura dissolved her band after the release of their second album in 1994, deciding instead to pursue a solo career.
Further evidence of her eclecticism is found in the fascination and extensive research in Celtic mythology, combined with her talent of a singer/songwriter, it let her know a new way of creation of new projects.
